Quote Requests
Submitting a quote request through our website does not create a contract for services. All quotes are estimates and are subject to on-site inspection and final scoping. Actual pricing and scope of work will be documented in a separate written agreement before any work begins.
Insurance Claims
ONS Roofing assists homeowners with insurance claim navigation as a service. We are not insurance adjusters, public adjusters, or attorneys. We do not guarantee claim approval or any specific claim outcome. All insurance decisions are made by your insurance carrier.
We never offer to pay or waive your insurance deductible. Under North Carolina law (N.C. Gen. Stat. § 58-63-15), offering to absorb a deductible is an unfair trade practice. Any contractor who offers this is putting you at legal and financial risk.
Warranties
Warranty terms for completed work are specified in the written contract for each project. Our standard workmanship warranty is ten years. Manufacturer warranties are separate and governed by the manufacturer's terms. This website does not constitute a warranty offer.
